About me
Roxanna Garcia has been an active a member of NYSNA, throughout her 14 year career as an RN and NP. During the January 2026 strike, she served on the Contract Action Team and as a Strike Captain, acting as a liaison between members and leadership, supporting colleagues, and helping organize major actions including marches to Governor Kathy Hochul’s office, across the Brooklyn Bridge, and a rally in Times Square.
