About me
Heena Sharma (they/she) is a nonbinary, disabled, mentally ill South Asian lesbian striving towards abolitionist futures that center survivors of violence. A lifelong New Yorker, Heena has worked on the margins of decolonial political education, radical accompaniment and solidarity, and autonomous care work in their roles as an educator, community organizer, and youth co-conspirator. At Project LETS, they lead the organization's movement-building strategy and community partnerships with a focus on cultivating disability justice and psychiatric abolition solidarity networks.
