While Luxemburg and Fanon are rarely discussed together, placing them in dialogue provides important insights into how anti-imperialist struggles relate to efforts to develop alternatives to capitalism. Both viewed imperialism as a global system that was integral to racialized capitalism, and their perspectives on how to overcome both speak to today’s challenges.
